Vodka Reviews

Vodka is a clear, unaged distilled spirit that can be made from almost anything–wheat, potatoes, corn, rye, beets and more. Vodka is typically filtered–sometimes during and often after distillation–usually with activated charcoal. The number of passes through the filter can vary wildly from brand to brand and range anywhere from one to upwards of 25 times. The resulting product is then mixed with water before bottling.

Because vodka is comprised of a neutral grain spirit and water, the flavor is mild. But flavored vodkas abound, and feature everything from citrus and other fruits to more unique flavors like herbs, chocolate, cannabis and even bacon.

Vodka is traditionally consumed neat or chilled, but in recent decades has become a very popular cocktail ingredient, and can be found in classics like the Bloody Mary, Moscow Mule and Cosmopolitan. Now, take a look below for all vodka reviews on Bevvy.
