Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila Review

Tres Agaves Tequila Blanco

Tres Agaves Tequila Blanco comes from Mexico’s Tequila Valley which, unsurprisingly, has a rich tradition of making good tequila. This specific spirit pours clear in the glass, with agave and lime peel on the nose.

It begins soft, light and cool on the palate, with notes of charcoal followed by citrus. Its texture becomes increasingly creamy at the center, while its spice kick lies in wait at the back. Once the spice begins, a heavier, smoky note plays out until the end.

This is a clean, accessible tequila that has enough body to be sipped neat, and enough agreeability to be used in cocktails and win over those still traumatized by poor choices in college. The light and then heavy notes of smoke at the front and back are just enough to woo over mezcal lovers, too. If you’re looking for a starter tequila to add to your home bar, Tres Agaves Blanco should prove an excellent choice.
