Information Collection

Users are not required to register an account with the Bevvy website, the Bevvy service, or any application (including mobile applictaions) made available by Bevvy (collectively, the “Service”) in order to search and retrieve information, or to use the majority of the Bevvy website or service. We may choose to store the IP addresses of these users.

Users have an option of logging in with their external social network accounts in order to access enhanced website features that require user sign-in. For these users, we may access and store information from their external user accounts, such as name, country of residence, zip code, gender, birthdate, and more. We may also optionally collect usage information that will be used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, as well as used to improve the Service. This information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes without user consent.

For users that register an account, Bevvy maintains a profile based on your activity on the Service. Bevvy does not store any user passwords at any time.

Right to Delete Personal Data

Users have the right to request the deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions or excemptions. Users may modify or delete the personal information provided by logging in and directly updating the information under account settings.

To fully delete the account, email Bevvy Support with the deletion request, and be sure to include either the registered Bevvy username or registered email. Bevvy will review the request, and if deleting the accouont does not undermine or conflict with any law enforcement proceedings or other exceptions and exemptions, we will delete the account and notify the requester if a valid return email is provided. Bevvy may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes.

Changes to Privacy Policy

From time to time, Bevvy will update its privacy policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website or notify you of these changes.
