2 oz pisco
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Add pisco, lemon, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker without ice, and shake for 15 seconds. Add ice, then shake again until cold. Strain into a coupe and top with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
