Smoky Paloma

We’re all about tequila drinks this summer. And if you supplement that tequila with a bit of mezcal, well, even better. And that’s exactly what’s happening here. Reposado tequila and mezcal provide the backbone to this modified Paloma, a classic cocktail that combines tequila, lime and grapefruit soda. Here we’ve got fresh grapefruit juice and soda water for a similar effect.

You can find the Smoky Paloma at the W New York’s Living Room Bar, or try making one at home. It’s a quick and easy alternative to a margarita this summer.
