Highway 71 Cocktail Recipe

The Highway 71 cocktail comes from NYC bartender Thomas Waugh. It first caught our attention because of its use of coconut-infused sweet vermouth. It’s incredibly easy to make at home (or at the bar), but it’s a flavor combination you don’t often see. Add that to some anejo tequila and chocolate molé bitters, and you’ve got a richly satisfying cocktail. The next time you’re craving a manhattan, try giving this one a whirl instead.
