Gran Sierpe Pisco is a Peruvian Pisco available in three varieties that utilize different grapes and blends – Quebranta, Italia and Acholado. We’ve got a bottle of Gran Sierpe Pisco made with the Quebranta grapes, which are non aromatic dark grapes. Gran Sierpe’s Quebranta Grape Pisco is aged anywhere from three to nine months before being bottled. On the nose, the Pisco gives a quick burst of alcohol and then yields to tamer aromas of earthy, musty fruit. Pisco Porton Review
Pisco Porton is a new brand of Pisco that’s set to be released to the U.S. market in April. It’s crafted by Master Distiller Johnny Schuler at Hacienda la Caravedo in Ica, Peru. Pisco Porton is made from a blend of Quebranta, Torontel and Albilla grapes. It’s a mosto verde pisco, which means that it’s distilled from grape juice that has not completely fermented into alcohol. Gran Sierpe Pisco’s Iron Chef Cocktails
On June 28th, 12 Miami bartenders competed in Gran Sierpe Pisco's "Iron Chef" mixology competition.  Contestants were tasked with creating signature Gran Sierpe cocktails using secret ingredients, which ranged from ponzu sauce to chocolate bacon to garlic.  The end result was some weirdly creative cocktails, with DJ Love of Mercadito’s coming out on top.
