Cocktail Enthusiast is an exploration of cocktails and spirits, mixology and drinking culture, and provides readers with cocktail recipes, liquor reviews and drinking news.

Cocktail Enthusiast is maintained by a small group of journalists and drinks-industry professionals. The site was created in 2009 by Kevin Gray, a Dallas-based journalist and cocktail enthusiast (hence the name) whose study and appreciation of cocktails needed a healthier outlet for expression.

In addition to chronicling his boozy interest on Cocktail Enthusiast, Kevin’s work has appeared in publications including AOL, The Huffington Post, Gear Patrol, USAToday.com and Where Magazine. Kevin has judged numerous cocktail competitions, is a member of the United States Bartenders’ Guild and is BarSmarts Certified.
