Hey, great cocktails! As a Canadian, I especially appreciate the Maple Leaf. Love it! I tried it earlier tonight. I even have a boourbon barrel aged maple syrup that works wonderfully in this mix: http://www.blisgourmet.com/ Thanks for sharing. Cheers!

Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving! I wanted to take a minute to share with you the cocktail we made at our house with the new Seagram's 7 Dark Honey. This stuff is brand new to the market and a little hard to find but its sooo good and not expensive at all! Under $20, $15 in some stores :)

I definitely recommend this cocktail, make it in batches and serves the whole group!

HOT HONEY CIDER*

1 gallon fresh apple cider
1 cup Seagram's 7 dark honey whiskey
½ cup orange juice
juice of ½ lemon
6 to 7 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon whole cloves
½ teaspoon allspice
1 apple
1 orange
1 cup captain morgan private stock dark rum, optional

*Makes 16-18 servings

ENJOY!
